Do you accept bulk candy orders from individuals? Or only businesses and wedding planners?

We offer bulk candy to any person or entity in need of a bulk order. No need to be a wedding planner or large company, though we do have a minimum order amount. If you see something you like, please feel free to reach out to us  powerupcand20@gmail.com or on our contact page. 

How long will it take for my candy to arrive?

We ship super fast. Sometimes, same day! ...but not always. We safely reserve 48 hours for processing all orders. That means getting all the elements of your order together and packing them. That can take longer during busy holiday candy times, but not too much longer. Then, we hand it off to our shipping partner FedEx.

We ship from several locations in the US, but primarily from New York, so the closer you are to us, the sooner your candy will get to you. For example, FedEx Ground orders shipping to New Jersey, normally arrive the day after we ship them. The same order to San Diego would likely take 5 business days. If you choose FedEx Next Day Air or FedEx Second Day Air, shipping it won't take long at all. Once we have had time to process the order, your candy will arrive either the next business day or in two business days, respectively. We recommend using these expedited shipping methods in warm weather months to avoid melting of candyand some gummy candies. We do include free ice packs in meltable bulk orders. (See below for more info).

But you should also really consider our amazing Flat Rate Shipping deals. Candy can be expensive to ship because it's heavy. So order ahead of time and use the Flat Rate Shipping!

I can't wait 5-7 business days! I need my candy sooner. 

Choose "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day Air" when selecting your shipping method on our one-page checkout. FedEx delivers Next Day Air orders in 1 business day and Second Day Air orders in 2 business days. It's a little more expensive, but much faster!

If I place my order now, can you hold it for me and ship it later?

Unfortunately not. Our shipped system is streamlined to have orders shipped and delivered as soon as possible. It may even ship the same day! (But not always). We need to keep the orders flowing so we don't slow down our system and our customers can get their candy as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

With us, Flat Rate Shipping on all Ground orders within the Continental US.

If you're wondering about FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, you can use the shipping calculator on our site. Simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click "Shopping Cart" from any page, and enter a zip code. Your shipping amount will be added right there to your total, so you can see how much it will cost. You do not have to enter your credit card number before seeing your shipping cost.

FedEx determines shipping rates based on your distance from us, the weight of the package, and the shipping method you choose. If you choose a faster shipping method, it costs more.

Why does shipping cost so much on other candy sites?

With our Flat Rate Shipping, it doesn't! So just order here and use our Flat Rate Shipping. You won't find a better deal online, guaranteed.

How fresh will my candy be?

Our inventory process is streamlined to ensure freshness so that we rarely overstock items. This means candy won't sit around on our shelves. Please be aware that temperature changes can temporarily cause some candies to become a little harder (in cold weather) or a little softer (in warm weather). In most cases, if you let the candy adjust back to room temperature, it will revert back to is intended yummy consistency. Enjoy your fresh candy!

How long will my candy stay fresh after it arrives?

Most candy types keep for a long time if you take proper care to store it well. Here are a few guidelines to help your candy stay fresh for as long as possible:

  • Seal it well. Make sure no air can get into or out of the container you use, whether it be a plastic bag or some sort of container. Do not use a paper bag.
  • Keep it cool and dry. Store the candy in a place where the temperature is relatively steady and keeps cool. Some examples include, a closet or basement area.
  • Keep away from potential pests. Make sure the ants or your pets don't sniff it out and invade your candy stash.

If you follow these guidelines, your non-chocolate and non-nuts candy should last quite a while, up to, or even possibly over, a year. Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that these are merely guidelines and that you are responsible for the safe keeping and best judgement about whether candy kept over extended periods is safe to eat.

How do you keep candy from melting in hot weather?

From melting during hot weather months, it is highly recommended that you use expedited shipping methods. For all orders using expedited shipping in hot/humid weather months we want to remind you that a slight stick to the candy is completely normal and will not affect the taste or freshness. Gently cool the candy and lightly separate. 

We have found that with Ground Shipping ice packs often melt long before the package arrives, thus negating their usefulness. Larger orders may include cold packs but they will not last more than 2 or 3 days when it's hot outside. That's why we include cold packs in orders with the following conditions only: Next Day Air, Second Day Air. Otherwise, they will not last the duration of the trip. So please use expedited shipping so you'll get those ice packs if needed.

Also, we may only ship orders Monday through Wednesday if we observe it to be appropriate. That way, with FedEx Next Day or Second Day Air shipping it should be delivered by the end of the week, and avoid sitting in a FedEx warehouse all weekend. If we're shipping to a residence, it is also helpful if someone is home to receive the package. Not many people have air-conditioned front porches. And shipping methods will not allow us to direct where to leave your package specifically.

Please keep in mind that we will not be held responsible for any melted candy items, regardless of the circumstances.

What if I ordered something that is out of stock or discontinued?

Although we try to fulfill all orders completely, some products inevitably go in and out of stock from time to time. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your order, contact you to let you know. We may reach out to see if there is another item you might want to replace it with.  We are not able to keep back orders of out-of-stock items so you will need to try and order that product again at a later date.

The package we received isn't exactly what I ordered.

Ok, double check your order confirmation email first. If it doesn't match the shipment it is our mistake, we will gladly work with you to get you what you need. Please be sure to contact us within the required 48 hour window upon receipt of your order.

To return the shipment, let us know via email at powerupcand20@gmail.com or a Once we receive it, we will ship out your corrected order.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, PowerUpCandy.com does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by PowerupCandy.com. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.

To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, PowerUpCandy.com lists all product descriptions as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding a product please contact us at powerupcand20@gmail.com, BEFORE you place your order.

Food products MAY NOT BE RETURNED, so please order carefully as Candystore.com cannot issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items received due to customer error in ordering. Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.

Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.

Refund codes may be requested and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of product and are considered based on criteria mentioned above. To initiate a return or refund, please contact us.

Is ordering from PowerUpCandy.com safe and secure?

You bet it is. PowerUpCandy.com uses top encryption methods and does not permanently store any payment account information. When you place an order, any information submitted is securely encrypted and stored on top-level security servers.  All payment account information is erased to make it impossible for any problems to occur.

We are a safe and secure online retailer. So, go ahead and order all the Gamer Candy you can eat!

 Does PowerUpCandy.com sell my contact info to marketers?

Rest assured we will never sell your email address to a third party. We will only use your email address if we need to contact you regarding a specific order. If you sign up for our newsletter we will periodically send out a promotion, holiday flavors but we do our best to keep most communication on our social media pages like TikTok @powerupcandy and instagram @powerupcand20

Where do you get all the ingredients for your products?

We use wholesale supplies for all of our ingredients. We try to source organic or natural colors as much as possible and leave out artificial flavors or colors as much as possible. 

Also, we gather information about the company providing the ingredients from various sources.While we are still in the early stages and need to go through certain processes to certify organic ingredients we still use as many organically sourced materials as possible.
